comprehensive onboarding process promptly commences. This process typically spans 90 days, encompassing thorough onboarding and training. By the third to fourth month, you’ll be primed to initiate care for your first clients. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Sierra helped develop the Family and Friends Dementia Education class – a class inspired by her family’s experience caring for her stepmom who had early onset Alzheimer’s disease.
